THE PRISON CAMP AT RUHLEBEN
A SO-CALLED SANATORIUM. By Teleicrapli—Press Association—CoDj-ncht London, December 13. Mr. Littaur, a London picture-dealer, has confirmed allegations of the illtreatment of British prisoners at Rulilcben. Those who are too ill to remain in camp are sent to Dr. Weiler's socalled sanatorium. Weiler had a lunatic asylum at tho same address, and many of the patients found themselves herded with the insane. The place is dirty and overcrowded, and the official inspections are a farce, since Weiler is always informed previously of the visits. There were two doctors—one incompetent, and tho other had one nostrum for all aliments, and/many of these were serious. Tho food consisted of uncatiblo liver sausages, milkless tea, weak soup, blood sausages, sauerkraut twice weekly, and lunchash once weekly.
