HUTT RIVER BOARD
The monthly meeting, of the Hutt River Board was held •on Tuesday, there'being present Mr. H. Baldwin (chairman) hiid Messrs.' Kennedy, Knight, and Welch. The overseer's report gave hill details of the work don© during the month, and recommended that the work in the upper district should stand over until the' weather improved. The board's solicitor intimated that Messrs. Findlay, Dalziell and Co. had issued their certificate to the Bank of New Zealand in respect to the Hutt River Board Loan, 1915, and that the steps taken and-the documents executed relating thereto; were in order, and the board could now obtain the advances as arranged.
