By. Telegraph—Presa Association, Oamaru, December 7. David Jlnrk, a carrier, was to-day fined £2 by Mr. Bartholomew. S.M.. for carrying liquor from tho railway station in. a No-License district without a written permit. It was the first case of the kind hero.
