The weekly return of recruiting percentages for the Dominion was issued by the Defence ' authorities -yesterday, and -the. Wellington military district is . shown far in the lead in the matters of total registrations and of the principal arms of the service. ■ Auckland is about holding its own, and the South Island is not doing its share per cent.
