GERMAN PUBLIC SPIRIT
LACKING IN ENTHUSIASM By ToleifraDh—Press Association—Oooyr'Copenhagen, December 3. The reason is that nine hundred thousand young men have been killed. Many of the wounded are blind. The German debt is growing, and industries have been greatly reduced, despite the German victories."
