MERCHANT SERVICE GUILD

A meeting of tlie executive of the Merchant Service Guild was held yesterday morning, and the * agreement matte of tile guild and the liiiion Company was presented by the secretary (Captain Macindoe), who, with, Captain Lobb, acted for the guild at the conference. The agreement will come before the Conciliation Council in Wellington to-day, in order that it may be sent on to tl'io Arbitration Court to be mad© an Award.
