Mr. V. E. Smith, Feilding, advertises lor salo a billiard saloon, containing three ■full-size billiard tables, all-made by wellknown makers. The reason for seling is that the owner is retiring from business. Mr. S. George Nathan is holding an important auction sale on AVcdnesoay next, at the Chaaber of Commerce, tho first property ho is submitting being the premises' now ocoupied by tho Colonial Carrying Company in Customhouse Quay. At the same time Mr. Nathan is offering Mrs, Batcson's country residence situated on tho Main Road at Trentham, compris- ' ing a 10-rooincd bungalow house and over five acres ot land. On Tuesday, December 14, the same firm is auctioning several seaside cottages and sections at Lyall Bay, also a large tea rooms capable of seating 200 people, in the same bay.
