He explained that each delegate at the London Munitions Conference submitted his owii country's 'requirements. He (Mr. Thomas) then outlined a scheme which included a central ofhee at which each of the Alhes programmes would be known and disoussed. "The office," he said, will centralise all matters relating to guns, munitions, and war material."
