BULLY BEEP AT GALLIPOLI
COMPLAINT IN BRITISH PARLIAMENT. By Tnlcijraph—Press Amwcint.lhn—OopjTinlif (Rec. November 25, 9.20 p.m.) London, November 20. Mr. J. Cathcart JVason, M.P., in a letter to the "Daily Chroniclc," asserts that the bully beef supplied at Gallipoli is uneatable until it had been cooked, and then partially washed. The Now Zoalandors, who make it a point of honour not to complain, say that it is responsible for much of the stomach trouble.
Mr. H. W. Forster (Financial Secretary to tho -War Office), questioned in the House of Commons, said he had tasted the beef, and found it excellent. He is making inquiries. Mr. Wnson suggests that Lord Pliitiket itui' tad Mnuton (former Govqi'' imts of Now Zealanaj should report.
