HUH PARK RAILWAY COMPANY

LIQUIDATOR .APPOINTED,

Mr. E. Blunderl, Sir Francis Bell, James Lockie, and James Ames wero present at a meeting.of the Hutt Park Railway Co., held yesterday at noon, when it was resolved that the company should 1 go into voluntary liquidation. It was reported that- a portion of the line, which has for years been used by the Gear Meat Company, had been sold to that qpmpany, and that the rails of the rest of the lino were being disposed of to the Government. Mr. Ernest Blmidell was appointed liquidator. A confirmatory meeting is still required to be held. It is understood that tho financial outcome of the winding-up of this company -will bo satisfactory to the shareholders. ■■
