BILL TO REGULATE ITS DURATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrigh'. (Rec. November 23, 3.10 p.m.) London, November 22. Mr. Asquith (the Prime Minister) has announced that he will introduce the Parliamentary Registration Bill to-mor-row. The measure deals with tho duration of the present Parliament. ONE-MAN-ONE-VOTE. (Rec. November 23, 10.58 p.m.) London, November 23. It is reported in connection with today's Parliament Bill that tho two parties in the Cabinet have agreed to tho one-man-one-vote principle, and also to tho one-vote-one-value.
