The High! Commissioner reports: London, November 22, 10.50 p.m.' Sir John French reports this evening! "Our artillery during the last four days bombarded many portions of the hostile lines, with good effect. "The enemy's artillery iB active north of Loos, east of Armentieres, and east of Yprcs. "A German aeroplane landed' in our linos on Friday; the pilot and observer lost their way and were captured. "The statements in the German report of Sunday are altogether incorrect." Travellers from Germany report that from seven to ten army corps are concentrating behind the Western front. The majority of them aro from the Eastern front. ("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) London, November 22. Copenhagen learns from a private German source that the German railways are blocked owing to a big transport of troops from East to West. The objcct is to make a violent attack on Franco and to prevent Allied reinforcements being sent to the Balkans.
