In tho libel action brought by Mr. Fairbairn, a member of the Cost of Living Commission, against the Canterbury Publishing Company ("Sun" newspaper), tlio jury by a tlirec-fourtlis majority held that the article complained of was defamatory, and unanimously awarded £60 damages.
