A SERIOUS CHARGE

At the Police Court to-day, Perciyal Alfred Stanley was charged with attempting to supply his wife with a certain thing, knowing it was intended to bo used for a, criminal purpose. Tho case is the outcomo of the death of Mrs. Stanley recently, subsequent to an illegal operation.' The case, for the prosecution was that Stanley procured pills for his wife. Accused was committed for trial. '
