Sir, —Some little time back Mr. Watt, a flockmastor in the Wairarapa, made a suggestion that sheep farmers should contribute one fleece for every bale to tho Patriotic \\[ar Fund. ' I thought the suggestion a good one, and seeing that sheep are. in clover just now I think it is our duty to respond to Mr. Watt's call. I for one am responding, and my son is doiiig tho same, and I hope and trust that tliero will bo a general response to Mr. Watt's call.— I am, etc., HENRY HUME. Craigend, Oliariu.
