WEAKNESS ALLEGED
NATIONALIST'S AMAZING OUTBURST By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriifiit (Rec. November 12, 6.30 p.m.) London, November 11. In the House of Commons, Mr. W. Joynson Hicks callccl attention to the air services, alleging weakness in the organisation and lack of the Zeppelin type of aircraft. Mr. A. A. Lynch (Nationalist) followed with an amazing outburst, attacking Lord Kitchener, declaring that lie blundered, in not acting promptly at Liege, the Dardanelles, and Serbia. Stalemate had been reached on the West front. Ho suggested Sir John French's removal. Lord Kitchener's blunders, he said, stand out like the. Rock of Gibraltar in. the realms of Blunderdora.
Air. Balfour, First Lord of the Admiralty, deolined to answer Mr. Lynoh, and said tliat sucli criticism was valueloss. He fully recognised the importance and pressing necessity of the airservice, but did not believe Ve were behindhand.
