' Private Rugby Malcolm (son of Mrs. 'A. Malcolm, Brougham Street) was amongst the survivors of No. 1 N.Z. Stationary Hospital. He was one of the youngest soldiers of the advance party to Samoa, and subsequently joined the hospital staff.
