AUCKLAND'S PATRIOTIC FUND, (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, November 9. At , a conference of Mayors- the constitution and regulations of a joint association to' administer the patriotic funds in the Auckland military district ■were' adopted. The conference also adopted a scale of supplementary pensions to .be allotted in addition to the State pension in cases in which they are justified. •
