DUTCH CORRESPONDENT'S VIEW By M« jraph—Preu Aiiooiation—Oopyrlstlt London, November 5.. A correspondent of the Amsterdam paper "Telograaf" says: "After a visit to the British North" Sea_ Fleet, I will say never more that Britain has not dono enough in the war. If she had equipped the greatest amy in the world tho war could not be won by it, but only by her strength at sea. The commerce of her Allies has been kept going and the sinews of war provided by tho over-watehful British Fleet." The correspondent adds: "I cannot conceive conditions in which the British Fleet could get the worst of a naval engagement."
