The advertised time for closing mailß by steamers are liable to alteration (earlier or later) at any moment.

As the last olearance. of the city receivers is made at 5.45 p.m. on Saturdays all correspondence for the Sunday night Auckland express must ho posted' at the Chief Post Office not later than 8 pm on Sunday.
