FIRE ON A BRITISH STEAMER, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. November 5, 10.45 p.m.) London, November 5. A fire broko out in a cargo of sugar on board tho British steamer Euterpe (3540 tons). It is believed that the firo was the work cf an incendiary. The damage to the cargo, which was consigned to the British Government, is estimated at twenty-five thousand dollars, and that to the vessel slight.
