ACCUSED ACQUITTED.
(Bj Telegraph.—Press Association.) Chrlstchuroh, November 4. . The hearing of the charge of manslaughter against. Pierce: Edward Power arising out of the death of Mr. F. 0. Binns, on August .13, concluded to-day. After a retirement of two hours the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged.
