RUSSIA SUSPICIOUS OF PERSIA
THREAT TO ABROGATE ANGLORUSSIAN AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, November 3. A Reuter message from Petrograd, by. way of Now York, states that Russia has threatened abrogation of the Anglo-' Russian agreement for the maintenance of Persia's integrity if, as is rumoured, Persia has entered into a special agree* mont with Germany and Turkey.

Petrograd, November 4. Tile Russiau Minister has informed Persia that if the rumours of an agreement between Persia and Germany and Turlrey are confirmed, the Anglo-Rus-sian Convention for tho maintainance of the. integrity of Persia will immediately lapse.
