Self and Castalia were together in front of Tenacious at the end of seven furlongs, which occupied lmin. 37 l-ssec. Mandoline did six furlongs in lmin. 23sec. Hyllus was better than Cultriform over four furlongs, run in 55sec. Potoa and Jolie Fille went a. round in Emin. 11 2-sscc. The former was lame after working. Royal Irish, going easier than Peiuloon, covered seven furlongs in lmin. 37sec. After breakfast Goldsize, with the assistance of Gold Fran over the last sis furlongs, did a round in 2min. ssec.
