, A RECENT REPORT. Some criticism on the _ May Morn camp lia-s been appearing in a southern newspaper. Following is a report, dated November 1, on the camp furnished to tho Government yesterday in roplj to t-ho allegations made as to tho unsuitability of the site:— "May Morn camp was slightly muddy last week. Rain fell during three consecutive days, but the camp dried up within a few hours of tho cessation of ruin. The camp is now dry except during showers, and was bone dry yesterday, Sunday. , "Only two cases of measles have occurred since the formation of the camp— one two days after the men went into camp, and the second, the day before yesterday. .
