Mr. S. George Nathan, "Wellington, states that 73 splendid building sites in tlie Happy Valley Bay estato will bo open for salo on November 3. Wireless messages in war time are often "jammed" by the enemy. This process consists of throwing into the air a meaningless jumble of letters or numerals so as to upset the cipher being omployed by a rival telgraphist. No means, at presont, has been discovered for foiling this device.
