"MEANEST FORM OF DISHONESTY." Br Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, October 29. At ills Magistrate's Court to-day, the Magistrate, Mr. H. W. Bishop, in fining Jolin Sadler £20 and costs for soiling milk with a 32 per cent, addition of water, said: "Tliis is the meanest form of dishon'esty I know of. To. sell people milk containing one-third water in these days of increased cost of living is simply contemptible."
