■ AS the Sailors' Friend Socicty last night, a pleasant programme was provided by Mrs. Mooro. At tlio close a hearty- vote of thanks to the performers was. moved by the Missioner (Mi-. 'Moore). Items wore given bv Miss Collins, Messrs. Hubbard, Moore, and Master Sherwood, and Messrs. Elliott and Finch (Star of Australia). Mr 'Hubbard presided at the piano.
