Tho Court sentenced four, including 3 woman, to death. APPEAL TO THE KAISER. LIVES OF BELGIANS AT STAKE. Rome, October 26. The King of Spain, the Pope, and Mr. Woodrow Wilson liave implored tlie Kaiser to save thirty-four Belgians at Liege who are under death sentence.
