Tho police have received word that John Wilson, schoolmaster at Ophir, committed suicide yesterday by cutting his throat with a razor. SUICIDE OF A TRAVELLER. Palmerston North, Octobor 20. Robert Priestly M'Clanahan, traveller for Stone's Directory, Dunedin, committed suicide here to-day. He was seen to draw a razor across his throat, and the action was too sudden for anyone to interfere. Deceased was 39 years of ago, and a single man. His mother and sister reside at Papanui, Christchurch.
