TO SHOW UP THE SHIRKERS.
Sir,—Ollo sees in every day's Dominion the urgent need for more recruits, and every young fellow who has not enlisted (as perhaps people think) is looked upon as a. shirker or a coward, whereas perhaps he has offered his services and been rejected as physically or medically unfit, and he may look in tho pink of health. Do yon not think it would make the Teal shirkers more conspicuous if the uuiit man were given a small badge to; wear,: and would also save him a lot of time answering peoplo who think 110 ought to. bo at the front? Hoping to sooii see the above in vogue,—l am, etc., WAKE 'EM UP.
