TABLES TURNED ON THE GERMANS Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 15, 8.50 p.m.) Copenhagen, "October 15. The success of the British submarines in. the Baltic overshadows even the Balkaiis. A German captain saw three steamers sunk. On Monday, after an explosion, he found wreckage with lifeboats bottom upwards. Steering cast, he saw another disappear four hundred yards ,away, and later in the evening ho heard a terrific explosion, and the third vessel's lights wero extinguished. Tho tables have been turned on the Germans in waters whero they havo been hitherto unchallenged. Neutral ships are not molested, but effective German isolation is resulting. Only losses are reported whero tho orews land in- Sweden, but nothing is said in the cases of crows landing in Germany. TOLL Or THE PIRATE WAR. (Rec. October 15, 8.45 p.m.) London, October 15. For the week ending October 13th the arrivals and departures totalled 1501, and of tin's number four vessels, aggregating 15,464 tons, wero sunk. '
