New York, October 13. 'A message from Athens states that the British Agent tliero has unearthed a submarine ba'so in the Gulf of Nanplia, south-west of Greece, from which ]( is believed the submarines that re-. cent]y sank the Allies' transports got their supplies. Upon this discovery the Greek authorities immediately seized largo quantities of petroleum and other supplies.
