CHARGE OP ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE. (By Tslegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedln, October 14. At the Kaitangata Court to-day Daisy Reaves, Albert Rogers, and Hans Mars Hansen were committed for trial on a charge of robbery with violence. ■ -The complainant was Henry William Smallman, a young man, nephew,by marriage to the femalo accused. .The prosecution alleged that Rogers, on behalf of t'he woman, made an appointment with the complainant to meet the woman one evening. When they met, he refused' a request to return certain letters, a serious assault/, is alleged to have followed, and Smallman was rescued by a neighbour. A pocketbook of letters and a sum of money •were alleged to have : been taken from the complainant. _ ■

A charge of ' damaging an overcoat was adjourned till .after the sitting of the Supreme Court.' ,
