QUARTERLY CIRCUIT MEETING,
Tlie circuit quarterly meeting of the Methodist Church (Taranaki Street Circuit) was held on Monday evening, the Rev. J. 6. Chapman presiding. The balance-sheet showed a credit and left a satisfactory balance to general circuit account. An inorea6e of members, both senior and junior, was reported, making a total membership of nearly' 600 in the circuit. Measures were adopted for augmenting the funds.for home and foreign missions throughout the circuit. . Messrs, W. E. Redstone and F. Chinehon were elected to represent the circuit at' the Synod to be held host month, and Messrs. J. Kellow and W. Hemery were appointed auditors for circuit accounts for tho ousuing year.
