(Rec. October 4, 10.40 p.m.) » . v, Pofrograd, October 4. Five Hungarian regiments were entrenched on the hills near Potchaeff whon the Russians cleverly'outflanked them. They occupied the hills and-open, ed a terrible tire on the fleeing enemy, compelling nine thousand to surrender.
