DISPATCH OF PARCELS,

As the result of inquiries the Minister of Defence (the Hon. J. Allen) has received information from tho High Commissioner to the effect that parcels for prisoners of war in Turkey can be sent by pest, provided tliey are not more than lllbs. in weight. Every parcel should be addressed to the kenttal Post Office, Constantinople, and should be marked: "Prisoner of war. ; Letters may also be sent.: No arrange- | ments have been made for tho transmission, of DMiey' to Turkey.
