Mr. 'AVE. Wells presided at the weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Association ou Wednesday. Owing to the small number of entries it was decided that the Boy. Scouts' competition be abandoned this season. • Y.M.C.A. Club have been awarded the Fourth Division championship.
' Fixtures and referees for Saturday's games are as follow: — Third ' Division (Henderson Cup Final). —Y.M.C.A. v. Brooklyn, Anderson Park, 3.15 p.m., Mr. E. "Viudley (extra time will be played if necessary). Fourth Division (Cup Final).— Y.M.C.A. v. Marist, Anderson Park, 1.45 p.m., Mr. F. O'Connell.
