In the Supreme Court to-day J OlOallaghari, taxi-driver, of Mastarton was .awarded £71 damages against M'En-iin, Carter, and Co., carriers., of Wellington, for injuries sustained' to his taxi-car throgli* collision witH defendants' motor lorry. Decrees nisi were granted in four divorce cases which came before the Court. •
