SUPREME COURT

Judgment was reserved by His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman in the Supreme Court last evening, in the civil action in which the plaintiff was Ernest Henry Spademan, carrier, of Masterton, while the defendants were Geo. W. "Woods, motor importer, of Invercargill, and John Edward Fitzgerald, importer,-of Wellington. Mr. W. Perry appeared for Spaceman, .Mr. T. Neave representing Woods, and Mr. A. W. Blair being counsel for. Fitzgerald. Particulars of the easo were published in yesterday's issue. The claim was for refund of. part purchase, money of n motor lorry and for spccial and general damages. 'The hearing, concluded at 6 o'clock last evening.
