TWO PLAYERS EXPELLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, September 20. . Tlio Rugby Union concluded its investigation to-night with regard'to the incidents arising out of the match, Southern v. University, played on September H. It was decided that Graham and Douglas, of the Southern Club, be expelled from ltughy football and warned off all grounds /under the jurisdiction of the Otago Rugby Union.
