' Since tlie estimate of wool available for export; cabled August 30, tlio War Trade Department Las learned.:that the invisible stocks in the West Riding of Yorkshire were considerable, and has now decided that 125,000 bales of crossbred and similar wool, of winch 60,000 bales are English, can be spared, and is prepared to consider applications for licenses to export to approved destinations.
