Health Office in the oity yesterday and threatened to shoot the Health Officer (Dr. Ohesson). Meeting Inspector M'Kenzie, Topping told him he would slioot the doctor and himself afterwards. Tho man kept hanging about the office; and Inspector M'Kenzie found it necessary to hand him over to the/police. Topping was brought before Mr. Bishop, S.M., and charged with threatening to shoot Dr. Ohesson. Defendant was bound over to keep the peace for twelve months, and ordered to find sureties of £100. ■
