On .the first occasion they lost the right to -Tun him at the Rosehill meeting owing to ' noncompliance with the registration rule, and the seoond time, in the Menanels Park Handicap, when he defeated their intention to givo him a gallop in company by declining to leave .the mark with tie other horses: ■
