HIGH EXPLOSIVES ON BIG LINERS
'£ GRIM DISCOVERY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, September 15. Two glass bottles believed to contain explosives were discovered on. the liner Lapland, 18,694 tons, due to sail foe Liverpool. The Inspector of Explosives declares that the contents would explode by the motion of the ship.
