In ,the Supreme Court' yesterday morning, His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) granted a decree nisi in the undefended divorce case, Elleh Teresa Gear v. James Ernest Gear.. The decree may be moved absolute in' thre? months... Costs on tho highest scale were awarded petitioner. Mr. M. Myers appeared for the petitioner, Mr. H. Buddie watching the proceedings on behalf of the respondent. PRISONERS SENTENCED. • . Bennett, making a- fraudulent statement as to posting-a letter, six moriMhs; John Phillips, theft, as servant, twelve months. William Sbholeis, forgery and uttering, 12 months.'
