The "Daily Telegraph's" Calcutta correspondent states that Mahomed Shafi is submitting a resolution for tho Imperial Legislative Council, urging tliat India should bo officially represented at the next Imperial Conference. As only ,non-contentious. business will be submitted, the Imperial Government of India .will accept the principle advocated.
