QUESTIONS OF LAW. Special questions of law—preliminary to the civil action, Richardson, M'Cabe and Company v, the Wellington, City Corporation—were further argued in tho Supreme yesterday before His Honour the Chief Justico (Sir Robert Stout). Mr. C. P. Skerrett, K.C., with him Mr, T. loung, appeared for Richardson, M'Cabe and Company-,, while Mr.' A. Gray, K.C., with lnm the City Solicitor (Mr. J. O Shea), appeared for tho Corporation. Particulars of the case were published on Saturday last. Decision was reserved.
