It is learnt from Constantinople that the Allies are progressing daily as the result of intensified-attacks at Anafarta. A French official communique states: "In the Dardanelles matters are quiet. The Turks frequently bombarded the northern zone, but did not attack. A British gunboat yesterday bombarded the camps at Aivali, Turkey in Asia. An aeroplane simultaneously bombed and destroyed tho barracks. Numbers of Turkish soldiers were killed. Tho "Daily Telegraph's" Romo correspondent states that tho hest Italiait information categorically denies the German report that a Tu'rco-Bulgarian agreement has been signed. Count Mecklenburg's visit did not change the situation in Bulgaria, and as tho result of M. Radoslavoff's and M. Ghonadieif's explanations, the Ministerialists havo again obtained a majority, quieting tho Opposition with a promise that Bulgaria will never march against Russia. . . i M. Radoslavfrif's attitude is not.to make an agreement with anyono until the European situation has beon cleared up by decisive developments. Diplomats are hopeful that M. Vcliizelos and M.
