SIX CHILDREN KILLED BY THE ZEPPELINS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, September 9. iAn official statement of tho casualties in connection with the Zeppelin air raids on London and tho Eastern counties has been issued. The number of killed in all areas was twelve men, two women, and sis children; seriously wounded, eight men, four, women, two children; slightly wounded, thirty-eight men, twenty-three women, eleven children. Of the four soldiers who were reported wounded, one was killed. . GERMAN ACCOUNT OF THE RAID. Amsterdam, September 9. A German communique states :—"Our naval airships made an attack on London, on factories .near Norwich, and the harbour works and ironworks at Middlesbrough, last night. They observed heavy explosions and numerous fires. Hostile batteries fired heavily at the airships, which returned safely."
